Me and my Dad set out at 6pm to try to grab the after dinner bite. I was fishing my usual custom painted popper and he was fishing a 3" grub. It started off fast and we had 10 fish in the boat within an hour. We said "Lets keep a tally and see how many we can catch. By 9pm we had 37 Bass in the boat with 3 different double ups! Nothing too big but man was it epic fun. One of my favorite time to fish is at dusk. Man what an adventure!
What a great morning with Fishing Fiend Team Member Bill Bodman. Man this guy is a beast. I met Bill through the Fishing Fiends group and had the pleasure of fishing with him a few times so far this year. This guy is the definition of a Fishing Fiend! This past weekend alone he fished 14 hours on Saturday from his kayak and caught 30 plus fish. Some of which went 4 and 5 lbs! Then I get him in my boat Sunday morning and we are on the water by 545. We fish till noon and then he literally gets out of my boat and hops directly into his kayak and fishes the rest of the day and crushes it again. BEAST MODE!!! What a fun guy to watch fish. Thanks for the company Bill and hope to do it again and again....
